1. Equipment Principle for Heat Shrink Packaging Machine:
The product is evenly distributed to each channel by the entrance plate chain and checked for bottle shortage. It is divided into the required arrangement through the gate or bottle pressing mechanism, and then pushed to the film winding belt by the bottle pushing rod mechanism. The film roll passes through the film splicing mechanism (used for hot splicing of the film head when changing the film roll) from the film placing device, and then connected to the film feeding and cutting mechanism through the film arrangement and tensioning mechanism. When the product passes, the film is sent out from the bottom at the same time, and the film is put on the film putting belt conveyor through the film putting mechanism. Finally, it is sent out by the discharging belt conveyor and enters the heat shrinking furnace.

2.4 The entrance of the round bottle dividing plate adopts a micro-vibration bottle separation method to effectively prevent bottle jamming. Square bottles do not need this configuration.
2.5 The push rod parts are designed with torque limit protection to avoid damage to the push rod due to bottle falling in special circumstances, and it is also convenient for the operator to handle faults.

3. Packaging size parameters for Heat Shrink Packaging Machine:
The size of the film package after molding must meet the requirements of the unfolded size of the single-stage film at the same time. In case of special bottle types, special packaging methods, single-stage films that are not within the size requirements, etc., please consult the company engineer for specific confirmation.
3.1 Film package size requirements
The diameter of the film roll axis hole is 78mm, the film roll width is <650mm, and the film roll diameter is ≤400mm.
